Positive: Good facilities for entertainment and sport. Even child playground. Kitchen availability
Negative: Not very good breakfast quality, lifts are crowded during lunch time and at the evening when a lot of people come back to holet. 33+ floors cannot be served with just 4 medium/small size lifts. Absence of utensils and tea kettle - the latter was provied after a couple of asks only
Summary: Too expensive for this quality of place, not so good breakfast, good place for shopping aroud

Positive: Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful. The hotel is very good — I can recommend it.
Negative: The restaurant is very mediocre. The quality of the food leaves much to be desired. When we ordered our meal, a cockroach crawled across the table — that’s a total failure.

Positive: We had a very pleasant stay at Wanda Vista Residence. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive throughout our visit. I would like to express my special thanks to Sinan and Mahmut, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They were always polite, friendly, and quick to respond whenever we needed anything — nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and very suitable for families, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax. The location is excellent — close to two large shopping centres and convenient for getting around the city. Overall, it felt like a safe and well-maintained property with a welcoming atmosphere.
Negative: What could be improved is the kitchen equipment. There was no microwave or toaster, and the kitchen lacked basic items such as plates, pans, and utensils. Although the staff provided some items upon request, the condition of the pans was quite worn and not really suitable for proper cooking. I would also suggest improving the cleanliness of the floors, as they were not up to the same high standard as the rest of the apartment. It would be great if guests were provided with a small vacuum cleaner or mop to maintain the floor during longer stays.
