Positive: Location is good an convenient access to shopping mall by walking 5 mins distance.

Negative: Smoking room shall be separated floor or at least shall inform guests upon check in. Can smell smoke in the room sometimes.

Positive: It was very clean and comfortable with considerate accessories like warmers, socks and ear muffs in the room. It was also easy to get around with car hailing. There's a big mall five minutes walk away with lots of food, supermarket, shopping and indoor skiing. Hotel staff were helpful and attended to queries quickly.

Negative: Location is off from central district with street shopping.
