Positive: Comfortable, spacious home. Electric blankets and AC was nice and warm. Kitchen well equipped. Nice big back yard.

Negative: Some of the kitchen drawers dirty as were some of the glasses. The light switches were confusing and alot of the taps were difficult to turn on and off.

Positive: Location to our family was convenient

Negative: Only air con in living areas. Bedrooms are hot as the fans are old and very slow, may as well not have them. Some lights not working and house smells musty. En-suite shower water goes everywhere as no screen door snd taps drip. Could really do with some tlc and would be good.

Positive: Bigger house than what I expected, lovely area

Negative: Just needed to focus on the small details and this place would have been perfect. The front door could have used some WD40 it was so loud trying to open it at night, my bed was also very squeaky so whenever I rolled over it would squeak, the main toilet seat lid was so old the little stoppers on it to stop it from slamming had now become part of the bottom half of the toilet seat and lastly the corners of the ceilings had a few bugs and spiders that hadn't been cleaned off for a while. There's things weren't anything major for us but if they weren't there it would have been a perfect review.
