Summary: Our stay was overall okay. We explicitly stated we were travelling with an infant but our room was probably in the busiest part of the whole resort (right next to the pool and gym entrance) - our baby didn’t get any naps in. It is very loud during the day. The daily cleaning services also seemed to only happen mid afternoon so it was a struggle to get recycling and garbage changed over with nap time conflicts. Finally, breakfast and fitness facilities didn’t open until 8 am which was a bit late for us. I think it is more of a kid friendly resort vs a baby friendly resort.

Summary: The staff are trying to be helpful, but you can observe over the years that the management is adding new restrictions which are just not welcomed by the guests.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. This is our second year going and we would go back every year. We really like that. There's a private beach and they have a grass area with some game set up to keep you entertained. The rooms were clean and the service staff was great. We also did pay to get a lake view and it was very beautiful.

Summary: My family and I had such a wonderful stay! We loved the outdoor pool and private lake access. Beds were super comfortable and everything was available in the kitchen from utensils to coffee grounds. It was exactly what we needed for a quick get away.

Summary: Was able to upgrade to a nice big clean room with the help of the front desk staff. They were very friendly as were all of the staff at the resort. Resort very clean including pools and hot tub. Great place to stay!

Summary: The hotel is excellent and very clean with great facilities and convenient. My only suggestion is to either put bath mats or no slip strips in the bathtub as we found it slippery and of course we don’t want to fall. Also safety deposit box in the rooms would be nice. Apart from that the hotel is excellent.
