Positive: The rooms were nice and spacious, very quiet despite many children being onsite.

Negative: My kids were told no inflatable balls in the pool, which I guess I can understand, but then two kids just floating on small floaties were told they couldn’t use them. They had been in there all day and none of us had any issues with them having them…with so many families onsite maybe the rules could be a little more relaxed in that sense

Positive: We really enjoyed the beautiful location right by the lake – waking up to such views was amazing. The pool area with comfortable loungers and umbrellas was perfect for relaxing. The rooms were clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable family stay. The staff was friendly and always willing to help.

Negative: The Wi-Fi connection could be a bit more stable. Also, the parking area felt a little crowded

Positive: Loved this resort! Definitely had a bit of a Mexico resort vibe with great pool facilities, right on the beach, amazing rooms and staff were very friendly! Pool side service for drinks etc, and how you could easily go between the beach and the pool was awesome. My little one (1 year old) loved the grassy area and playing on the beach. For a family, this was the best place ever!

Negative: Nothing really. Its a bit far out of town (about 1 hour walk so you've got to drive or bike), but for us, we actually liked the privacy of the area and the different area of town that we could walk around and discover. Nice park right by the resort for our little guy to play on as well.

Summary: Amazing resort! So glad we found it and will definitely be back!
