Positive: Great location and very peaceful and quiet. Lots of space both inside and outside and the children loved watching the bunnies and ducklings. The hot tub was lovely and warm and clean. Having a secure location with gates was refreshing. Washer and dryer was handy.

Negative: Some things in the property could do with replacing ie bed mattresses. The bedrooms and bathrooms would benefit from a deep clean. The dishwasher was out of service and it would have been good to know before booking.
