Negative: Apartment very tired. Food in the restaurant was over priced for what it was - frozen food I think. I had the steak pie and it was full of gristle

Positive: Short walk from Dunkeld station, also Dunkeld and Birnam villages. Perth and Dundee not too far away to visit. Lovely building, well looked after, James the site manager was absolutely fantastic

Positive: The apartment was a really good size, all rooms were ideal for four adults and four children of varying ages. Our Daughter and two boys at one end, our Son and his two children at the other and Granny and Grampa in the middle. The apartment was very clean and presentable when we arrived. Kitchen was a good size, with a sizeable cooker, fridge freezer and ample dishes, glasses etc., The bench table in the kitchen fitted all eight of us comfortably. There was a large towel and hand towel for everyone and thankfully there were two bathrooms. There was a Swimming Pool which our Grandchildren got to use on Christmas Eve, but was understandably closed for the next two days. This is a lovely location and has a nice walk along the River Tay to Dunkeld. Would certainly recommend.

Negative: Not too keen on old fashioned toilet seats. Also as we had booked for Xmas and there was four children, it would have been nice to at least have had a Xmas tree in the living room, so decorations and a tree albeit small was added to the large list of items we took. The living room could have done with another lamp, not much light from the very dark shade on the lamp that was there, although the ceiling light was ok.

Negative: Was not as clean as it could have been. Needed a good dust. Toilets were old and a pain to flush! Grill did not work
