Positive: Room is very large compared to others in Japan. Everything looked very clean. Especially in the kitchen. It's close to Warabi station and has supermarkets and convinient stores nearby.

Negative: An electric kettle would have been great.

Positive: The hotel itself is great: large rooms, plenty of amenities, useful items like rice cookers for free or a small rental charge, extremely clean, high quality bedding and Imabari towels, full kitchen, TV, some of the most comfortable futons I've slept on in 10 years of traveling here, excellent AC/heater in every room, combo washer/ dryer. But the service and kindness of the staff here is what makes this more than a 10/10. I had a medical emergency, and the staff went through the effort of calling around to find a hospital that could speak English, despite us being in a very non touristy area. When the ambulance arrived, the kindest woman from the front desk came onto the ambulance with us and translated for us and stayed until the ambulance left. We also had multiple deliveries and pickups, which they were incredibly patient and helpful with. Thank you so much to everyone who works there for all of your patience and assistance. If you have a reason to stay in Warabi, this is the hotel to pick every time.

Negative: It's hardly a complaint, but the only way this could be better is if the large private balcony was kept a little cleaner and maybe had some chairs so we could really enjoy it. We stayed there for a long while, and that was the only thing that wasn't completely perfect
