Summary: I don't know what it's like in the summer, but in the winter they just don't seem to care. We got to the breakfast area a half hour after they said it opened and we had to plug in the toaster and turn on the waffle maker. No juice of any kind. very small selection of food.

Summary: This is not a hotel. It’s more of a Motel. The staff were not really engaged. The breakfast room was a mess and there is no daily house keeping. They used the excuse that they wanted to maintain your privacy. Sounds like an excuse not to have to hire house keeping staff. The bath towels felt like sandpaper. Old and rough. Not staying there ever again.

Summary: Yes room was fine , nice staff, hot tub jets did not work….seems to be the norm lately with pool/ hot tub area, poor maintenance

Summary: Room was fine. Hot tub out of order. Breakfast was ok but fruit basket and bakeries needed work. Staff didn't go out of its way to please.

Summary: I went in to check-in for my reservation and the guy took my debit card then asked for my ID. He then proceeded to tell me he couldn't find my reservation. I then showed him on my phone that i booked a reservation for 2 nights only one person. He then took my phone and starred at my information for a while printed me off a piece of paper and told me to sign. When i looked at the paper it had someone elses name, card information and it was for two people. I then told him this and he said sorry i can't find your reservation. So for about 15 mins i was out in my car figuring out how to cancel from the app. I also called left a message and texted the property own. I ended up coming back in later telling him my card is already been charged for a room and id either like to cancel due to inconvenience or actually be able to get my room i reserved. He went back to the computer asked my name again and this time he found it. I was not impressed with the how this situation went down.

Summary: Front desk and entry not appealing. Took forever to get checked in. Room was clean but outdated.

Summary: The garbage had not been emptied in our room, makes you wonder what else was skipped. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable no smoke detector

Summary: At the last minute, we got moved to another hotel because of a "plumbing issue". The replacement lodging was ok, but the location was pretty far away from our original hotel, which was why we booked it in the first place. We weren't offered any credit or compensation for the hassle, and expedia was absolutely NO help in finding a resolution.
