Summary: When we were checking we were told our hotel room was at another hotel a mile up the road. I said no, I reserved a room here and confirmed the address. I told them I was not informed of a hotel change and that I could not stay at a different hotel because we had side by sides. So they put us in a room where we reserved one. Hot tub was out of order. The next day our door opens and it’s the housekeeper and she apologizes and says she didn’t know anyone was in the room because it was listed as out of order. There were pubic hairs on our toilet seat and the steps to go upstairs were filthy dirty. Then we discovered our tub didn’t drain properly. The breakfast was awful. Hard boiled eggs were like rubber, waffles didn’t cook all the way but were left in the pan the allotted time, the cereal was stale and the bagel my daughter had was stale. The coffee was decent. We’ve stayed here the last couple years and it had been nice. Woot stay here again.

Summary: Outdated. For the price point, the room should be in better shape. Realize for $116 a room & with tax/fees for 2 rooms was $298 in a vacation town, it was run down. Bed was uncomfortable.

Summary: It wasn't bad of a place, but yeah, their continental breakfast is you're better off buying breakfast and uh, the coffee is always on back order. The room was pretty nice. Other than they didn't clean the bathroom very well. I found woman's hair in the bathtub when I went to go take a shower. And I don't have any hair but if you're in a pinch, it's not bad.

Summary: The sink was clogged and backed up. The toilet barely flushed. They give you 1 tiny bar of soap for 2 people. The continental breakfast was nothing we'd eat. Overpriced for what the room was, it's double the price that we've paid for similar. It was the only room available in the area for that night. We were up for an event.

Summary: check in staff basically interrogated me because they didn’t think I was 21. Then told me that my buddy staying with me also has to be 21 and apparently needed to check both of our ID’s. Then sat and questioned us asking if we were gonna be throwing parties in the room. Kind of a joke to deal with after a long day of fishing. Was up in Northern Minnesota fishing for 4 days, long 12 hour days on the water. Definitely no partying going on. Super rude and felt very discriminatory.

Summary: The continental breakfast was very weak. No juice, no muffins or bread of any kind, no fruit. Basically coffee. Very sad affair. Would have been better to just not advertise having a breakfast.

Summary: Our room had the smoke detector removed & smelt of smoke. Staff offered another room but we were already set up, so gave us air freshener. Otherwise good.
