Positive: I liked their balcony area. I also like how well stocked in kitchen appliances they had.

Negative: I did not like how old the property was. From the outside it looked very run down but you could tell that the inside was remodeled.

Positive: The apartment itself was very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Good bed, but tiny bedroom- probably not suitable for big people. Living room sofa is not comfortable to watch tv. Balcony needs upgraded chair and looks a bit run down. So is the building.

Negative: There were homeless people lurking around the property at night.

Positive: The place was cozy as the weather was cloudy and rainy. The kitchen had everything I needed. It was very clean. We ran out of toilet paper but other than that I would definitely recommend this place.

Negative: No extra toilet paper but they did offer to reimburse us if we bought some.
