Positive: Beautifully decorated and lots of options to entertain kids (games, puzzles, phone cords). Spacious, quiet, and close to activities we had planned!

Negative: The door was not unlocked when we arrived, but minutes after a text it was taken care of!

Summary: Family slept well after full days, air conditioning worked fantasticly!

Positive: The house is an older house, but that actually added to its charm. The rooms have been modernized, everything was clean and very accommodating, and the bed was very comfortable too. That's always important!!

Negative: The stairs are fairly steep and narrow, but it is an older house, and not out of the ordinary.

Summary: We loved our stay and plan to return.

Negative: The driveway is super tight. Nothing the host can do, just how the neighborhood is. Just something to be aware of!

Positive: I like the ease of staying in a home rather than a hotel. The check-in process was great. I liked the presentation of the house, decor, and cleanliness. The location was great and the historic feel of the house added something special to the stay.

Negative: I traveled with a senior citizen so going up the steps was difficult for her. I didn't realize the actual situation with the steps so we had to switch sleeping arrangements as she could not get up to the attic area of the house. Maybe something like that could be mentioned online when viewing the house.

Summary: Overall, we enjoyed the stay and we are willing to stay in a historic house again.
