This is a 2 bedroom/ 2 full bathrooms with kitchen, dining room and large living room with picture windows overlooking the park. The house is completely renovated- new baths, kitchens, floors, appliances, plumbing fixtures, etc. and has central air/ heat along with ceiling fans in each room. The apartment is the lower level of a 2 family home with the owner occupying the upstairs unit. The home is 2 blocks from Lakefront and 5 blocks from City Park. This is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood which happens to be one of Nola's safest neighborhoods. The materials used are all top of the line- granite, refinished hardwood, stainless steel, porcelain and glass tile accent, Benjamin Moore color palette. Tenant has shared use of patio and yard area along with their own washer and dryer. Internet and cable included!
About the Neighborhood: Marconi at Robert E. Lee Blvd called Lake Vista, is located on New Orleans' lakefront. It's a wonderful neighborhood with activities for all. Enjoy bicycling, jogging, strolling the many tree-shaded lanes and parks and bird watching to name just a few. Walk to school and churches. Take a short walk to Lake Pontchartrain to see the sail boats race or City Park to golf, tennis, picnic or visit the museum. Truly the best neighborhood in New Orleans! Summary: Deborah's house was in a quaint quiet neighborhood. The house was cute and the outdoor living area was nice to sit and relax at. We were within easy Uber rides to anywhere we wanted to go and never had a car take longer than 5-10 minutes to come get us. Our only feedback is that the house was musty smelling- unsure if it was dog urine/old house smell or humidity or a combination. Febreeze helped. Having two couples in the house there was more than enough room, but it was very loud. It is impossible to move around the house even on your tiptoes without waking the others up. All in all we had a great weekend and enjoyed the space.

Summary: Debbie was very helpful and friendly, I was worried about the tropical storm brewing Debbie sent me weather reports daily until my arrival. Her place is very nice, cozy and conveniently located. My family loved it.

Summary: Deb was a wonderful hostess. The condo was spacious and fully equipped. We were here for Jazz Fest. Easy to Lyft or Uber to the Fair or into the Quarter. Quiet neighborhood with greenways.

Summary: I was in New Orleans visiting family for the Thanksgiving weekend. I was the first guest to use Debbie's place. Everything was perfect. Debbie was the perfect host. She was there to greet us when we arrived. Easy check-in and check-out. If I needed anything or had any questions, she responded immediately. The place is just as pictured but with furniture. It is close to both City Park and the lake front. Easy Uber ride to the French Quarter. Quiet family neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Debbie !
