Summary: We had a wonderful time in this house. Enough space to satisfy all the needs of our family. Each group had their own bathroom. All the kids loved the small first floor room with TV. Convenient to the beach. Easy walk even for the little ones. Obviously recently renovated or newly built. Owner responded quickly to communications.I don't hesitate to give an A review. Our Belmar vacation will be remembered by everyone.

Summary: We had a wonderful time staying here! The house is beautiful, was very clean, and there was a lot of space for the whole family. Dominica was very responsive to any questions we had, and you can really tell that she cares for the property and the comfort of their guests. It was wonderful to wake up and use the deck, and to be so close to the beach. We would love to stay here again sometime in the future!

Summary: Lawn and yard maintenance Sloppy. Not up to vrbo past experiences. Missing shades or curtains on main floor felt like we were living in a glass fish bowl. Missing shade in bedroom with bathroom and neighbors had clear view of bedroom at night which made it uncomfortable when changing and going to bed.
