Summary: The amenities are perfect for young families- my husband enjoyed the gym and the pool was very clean as well as family friendly. There is a wet and dry sauna in the locker room too. As a non-Chinese traveler, I felt the staff was extra thoughtful in explaining how to use the amenities to the different things to do in the area. The staff also made sure to accommodate my requests. Overall, the experience was amazing and I would stay at this hotel again.

Summary: Waldorf Astoria SH, is a great property, located walking distance next to the bund SH; with many of the better restaurants in SH in walking distance as well; rooms are spacy, clean and confortable; the services is discreet and attentive; i will be re-visting in the future probably;

Summary: This was a winner. A fantastic location, large, clean and lovely rooms, and the Waldorf Staff was so kind and helpful. I loved everything about our stay there. Breakfast is lovely, and as an American struggling with chopsticks, I really appreciated the forks. Just a gorgeous and kind place to stay.
