Summary: Loved staying in this hotel. It was in the country with beautiful scenery all around. The rooms were very clean and comfortable! The saunas were very nice, the breakfast in the hotel was delicious! I highly recommend this hotel!

Summary: This hotel is located on a quiet hilltop above several Christmas craft villages and is a good base for touring the Erzgebirge region. A car is necessary. We enjoyed the spacious room, friendly service and great sunsets. We rented bikes from the hotel for a daytour and the route to the valley towns was a very pleasant ride; however, several kilometres of pushing them back uphill in the heat meant we should have chosen the ebikes that the hotel also rents. Be advised. While in the area, Seiffen is the most interesting village to visit and the nutcracker museum in Neuhausen is fun.
