Summary: Solo traveller - I did I feel I was ushered through / less prioritised as a solid traveller seaport having payed a lot. Breakfast I was placed on busy isle / less nice spaces so actually had to request last day to move as it wasn’t okay. Bar staff friendly. Clean and good spa areas.

Summary: Junior suite was a dark room in the back of the hotel with limited view of the mountains. Was changed next day. Restaurant placed us in an adjacent room despite we asked to sit in the main - again with out the Mountain View. Rude service claims they don’t have time because they need to prepare for lunch.

Summary: The pictures do not do the place justice. Top level. Pool is warm, customer service goes above and beyond as the norm. Got in a bit of trouble for playing piano at 11pm but don't blame them as I'm no concert pianist. Wish I'd have booked the place for a week. Thanks for having me.

Summary: There is no AC and there are no fans available. Leaving windows open helps with heat in room But then you aren’t able to block sunlight. Beautiful location and hotel. Lacks AC.
