Positive: The property was spacious and clean. Parking was convenient. There were no curtains on the windows, but as this is a new build, I assume this will be corrected soon.

Negative: Long delay to receive the keys - we waited over an hour despite pre-arrangement of the exact time we would arrive and me keeping the property manager up to date. This was frustrating as I had an appointment that I was late for as a result.

Positive: The apartment is exactly how you see it in the pictures and is well equipped with all sorts of comforts. It's very silent, despite construction works just in front of the building, and well lit with natural light. WiFi is fast and easy to connect to. There's a big TV screen from which you can watch most common streaming services and listen to music as well. The apartment is a few steps from bus stops and a few minutes from the train station, so very easy to move around. Plus, it has a parking spot in case of need. Contacting the property is easy and they are fast in responding, always available.

Negative: The kitchen could be a bit more equipped with a kettle and a few more pans and casseroles, also something for baking and some tupperware containers. But it's perfect for those who only need it for coffee and take-outs. The little roofed terrace and the blinders could do with a better cleaning. The common entrance door and hall could also do with better and more frequent cleaning.

Negative: Keys to parking did not work, no offer to fix this over 2 night stay, no free street parking during week. Staff should check supplies - no soap at all, no dishwashing detergent, no dishwasher tablets, linen not prepared for sofa bed. Expensive for how far from Luxembourg.
