Summary: Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Kitchen supplies were okay. Bed and furnishings in definitely need an upgrade. No air conditioning and windows did not have screens. Staff was great.

Summary: Breakfast was excellent! Dinner was also. No lunch avaliable mid week. We had food with us so not a problem for us! Weather was awful but we were pleased over all with our stay.

Summary: Was offered a free upgrade to the newer/modern building but after viewing both chose the older section. Room 17. Absolutely stunning view over the rain forest to the Auckland city and downtown. Very spacious living area. Nice spa. It was dated and worn as we were told so at reception (and offered the free upgrade) but we needed the kitchenette and couldn't bypass that view. Felt like a tree house. The other units in that building didn't have the view. Parking was tight but convenient. Didn't try the pool as it was too cool of a day. Great view there though. Did not not try the restaurant either although the menu looked great and the there view stunning.

Summary: Room advertised as garden apartment, but it is in the car park. There was one strip of grass looking at a wall with air con plant. The rooms were tired, poor range of crockery, items not working. Noisy with poor insulation, and cars and tractors.
