Summary: Room advertised as garden apartment, but it is in the car park. There was one strip of grass looking at a wall with air con plant. The rooms were tired, poor range of crockery, items not working. Noisy with poor insulation, and cars and tractors.

Summary: we only had breakfast here, which had a good selection, the sausages are not to our taste and we like our bacon cooked more, this was something we should have asked for as i am sure tgey would have done that. room was lovely, nice to have 2 arm chairs to relax in. The shower screen could do with a good clean or replacement of the trim across the bottom of the glass. We did not use the pool but this was kept clean and tidy. I did have a massage done by Brook which was very nice.

Summary: Clean and tidy, great communication, especially as we stayed Christmas Day, off street parking. Loads of bird life in the surrounding forest, bush walks in and around the property, bring your camera 🙂
