Positive: The very friendly and helpful attitude of all of the staff. Each one made you feel welcome and at home. The hotel has many open-air areas which gives a fresh and cool feel to the hotel. My room was massive. Good air-con. Fridge/mini bar in the room. Large, comfortable bed. Nice, pool area. Great after a hot day out and about. Small but fresh buffet breakfast-eggs made to order. Good quality meals served in the evening using local produce. The hotel was an excellent place to relax, sleep well and enjoy my time in Leticia
