Positive: It was well designed great layout

Negative: Was unfortunate they we had cockroaches running about in the kitchen on the bench .Taps in bathrooms leaked . 2 nd toilet the water in the cistern keep running and keep you awake . 2 minor issues the remote didn’t work had to open the garage by pressing the red button on the motor to open and close . Tv remote didn’t turn the TV if you had to turn it if at the back of the TV lucky my brother is an electrician and he sorted it .

Summary: Was relaxing and we all had a nice time and the heater was awesome made the whole family room nice and warm

Positive: Really great price, beautiful home quite well kept. Games, bikes, scooters for kids. Location perfect.

Negative: Some dishes were wet in between each other and the wok and table and some dishes had dried noodles, not properly’s fault but last occupant.

Summary: One of my best family holidays, we will highly recommend this to our friends and family.

Positive: It’s spacious with a nice backyard and it’s location

Negative: The whole property needs a good maintenance overhaul. It was quite dirty in general. Floor needs a good vacuum and mop. Could tell it wasn’t properly mopped for a while. Kitchen appliances, crockery and utensils were also dirty and either needs replacement or a good clean. The whole house had a musty smell throughout including the bedrooms. 2nd toilet doesn’t have exhaust fan and has a strong body odour musty smell. 2nd shower, the shower head is about to fall apart and this water was leaking everywhere flooding the area. Lights outside doesn’t work. Ping pong ball table outside is very weather damaged, unsafe rusted and externally dirty. Not enough lighting in the kitchen, living and dining. Was quite dark throughout. One of the dining chair was damaged and about to fall apart. Side area of the house was dirty. Wardrobe, linen area and pantry very dirty and untidy. Things just thrown in there. Needs to be tidied up. Coffee table broken on one side. No remote control for the garage so unable to park inside. Garage was also very dirty and untidy. Overall the house needs a good cleanup and maintenance. Was quite disappointed with the lack of cleaniness
