Positive: the room was multi level, a good space, with 2 balconies

Negative: The WiFi was terrible, multiple logins for each device, the windows was dripping a lot of water during rain fall, had to put down a towel, bugs and small lizards in the room, staff only operated for a limited time, no one would answer the phone.

Summary: An original experience, limited staff help, I felt abandoned at times

Positive: Beautiful and peaceful property, rooms were perfect.

Negative: The service was not great. Food took more than 2 hours, not cooked properly, machines were broken so couldnt order most of the drinks they offer. Only had instant coffee.

Positive: The cottage I stayed in was built on the hill side. I like that the natural environment was retained as much as possible, giving the feel of living in the woods. The plunge pool was also great for relaxation, and it is a plus that it was on the side with the woods, so I could relax in nature. The property also has a mini hiking trail that takes you to the top of the hill, where you can get wonderful views of the lake, and there are a few zoo animals - I saw some peacocks and a lioness on the hiking trail, (there are others that I did not go to see). I also saw many rock hyrax, monkeys, and birds. There are signs to beware of crocodiles, but I did not meet one :-)

Negative: Probably a hazard of living in the woods, the plunge pool had leaves and lots of insects in it when I arrived, and the pump was off so the water was not circulating. It was only cleaned after noon the next day. The hotel can consider getting the pools ready in advance of guests checking in.
