Positive: It was an amazing experience in Wadi Rum! Truly an authentic Bedouin camp — not a tourist trap at all. Our guide,Awad, was very knowledgeable (he studied Islamic history i guess) and shared fascinating information at every stop. The food was delicious, and the hospitality was excellent. The night sky full of stars was absolutely breathtaking. Highly recommended!

Positive: Our experience with Awad, from Wadi Rum Magical, was one of the best of our lives. We took the full-day service, and it was the best choice that we could've made. Awad is a close, detailed, and open person that gave us an amazing tour in the Wadi Rum Desert. He picked us up in the parking lot and drove us to his place to drink some tea while he explained the day plan to us. He then took us with his car to all the desert, showing us the best spots and the historical sites, and we ate lunch with him. He was really close and friendly with us while he explained everything we were seeing. We even did sandboarding, it was amazing. At the end of the day, he took us to the best spot of all the desert to see the sun go down and then took us to the camp where we had dinner and slept (the sky view and night were the best we have ever seen). Doing all this with him made the experience absolutely incredible. We are truly grateful to Awad for his professionalism and carefulness with us. Visiting the Wadi Rum desert with him was simply amazing and an experience that we will never forget. Thank you, Awad!

If you are experiencing option overload searching for a camp like me then you can rest assured that Meteorite camp will give you more than you bargained for. This was totally the highlight of my trip to Jordan.

Positive: It was really magical stay. We visited the place only for 1 night, but it was not enough for us. The best in this camp is location. It was in the shadow until 10am, which summer time was huge value. You can feel the deep silence of this place, which connects you to the Earth.

Positive: We spent two incredible days and nights in this stunning Bedouin camp, perfectly located in the Wadi Rum protected area. AWAD and his family gladly welcome you into their world, their desert. It was pleasant to discover the history of the Bedouins, this family and this camp, while contemplating the stars and spending a privileged and rare moment with our hosts and the other guests. The Jeep day was awesome and the hot air balloon flight was breathtaking. If you come to Wadi Rum, pass by Meteorite Camp and you will not regret it. The food is amazing, the tea is delicious, the ambiance is good, the tents are comfortable.. They accommodate you for your journeys, communication is clear. And stay at least 2 nights, there are so many things to do and see in this desert.

Positive: Ideal place for an authentic Bedouin experience In Wadi Rum, you will find many desert camps. But only meteorite Camp and a few others are in the protected area, truly in the desert, to experience real Bedouin hospitality and experience. In the morning, you wake up and can admire a breathtaking view from your bed. All meals are freshly prepared with typical foods. In the evening, the traditional Zerb is prepared, with vegetables and meat cooked underground. Chats around the campfire and dancing close the evening with the Bedouins. A jeep tour in the desert is a must Awad is an excellent guide and will show you every secret of the Wadi Rum desert. He speaks excellent English and is a caring and friendly guy. All this, while guaranteeing the total comfort of a modern and well-organized camp, completely eco-sustainable through solar panels. In short, the best camp in all of Wadi Rum
