Summary: I had the best stay at W Toronto this weekend!! Before I arrived at the hotel, concierge had contacted me with a welcome email that outlined everything I needed to know. They also suggested I eat at their new restaurant Tono and made me a dinner reservation. I’m so excited I agreed because it was the perfect restaurant to dine at my first night. Once I arrived, I was immediately greeted with the same hospitality. Mayhor and the entire W Toronto staff made sure my room was clean and esthetically pleasing, I had directions on how to get places, and there were plenty of stores and shops in the area! The hotel location is perfect for walking, Ubers, or taking the Metro or Streetcars. The area was also very safe and welcoming. Thank you so much W Toronto for making my birthday weekend extra special. The small touches really added to the perfect weekend and I can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Summary: Our stay was great. I recently had an injury which left my mobility limited. They were so kind and helpful and really made sure we had everything we needed. The space was so clean and beautiful, we loved it. Unfortunately, we had some unruly neighbours who tried to sour our stay but overall 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Summary: had a wonderful stay at the W Hotel Toronto. From the moment I arrived, the experience was elevated by the exceptional staff. The manager and front desk team — especially Ruben — were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. The Living Room restaurant was another highlight. The food was excellent, and the service truly stood out. George and Cathy went above and beyond to make the dining experience memorable with their warmth and attentiveness. On top of that, the hotel’s location is perfect, making it easy to enjoy everything Toronto has to offer. A beautiful hotel made even better by outstanding people. I would absolutely return.
