Summary: Our room wasn’t ready at 4:30 so they upgraded us, which in theory is awesome but the room felt like a weird air BNB vs the king suite we had booked. The sink didn’t drain, the curtains were broken and the hallways literally stunk of the W scent. Shame, we like the hotel chain otherwise

Summary: The staff at the hotel were excellent, and they added to our experience. The hotel was very unique with some cool design features in the room. We also loved the large windows that allowed natural sunlight and an excellent view!
