Positive: Staff were very friendly, service was the best I've experienced in Melbourne. Room was clean, bed and pillows were extrenely comfortable. The room was spacious. The amenities were good, we enjoyed the quality of the equipment in the gym and the food at Lolos was devine. It was our 1 year marriage anniversary, to our delight, the Lolo's staff wished us a happy anniversary and gave us a free dessert after our dinner.

Negative: The pool temperature was a bit too cool, would have enjoyed warmer water and atnosphere it was slightly uncomfortable. Would have been nice to have had a spa. Couldn't get in to the secret bar, Curious, due to no availability, would have been nice to get either VIP as a guest staying in the hotel or at least notified at check in to ensure to book.

Negative: The dark walls, and lights that shone in your eyes rather than illuminating the room

Negative: The room AC was broken, we notified staff and got told there maintenance team wasn’t onsite so we had to suffer through a humid room which wasn’t enjoyable at all.
