Summary: Great view of the beach, great BF selection and nice private pool villa. We had inclusive package of cocktails, spa, and float me up! However, was a bit disappointed with the reception as our hostess Ammie just left us at the hot not air conditioned lobby without giving us a word on how long we have to wait! She wasn’t informative about the hotel activities. We stayed at a jungle view villa:The tub tap water was yellow with sand, which wasn’t cleaned the next day! This is not acceptable for five star W resorts! This not our first W stay. Too bad for the little details not cared for~ .
