Negative: way, way too many calls and interruptions. also food at restaurant was average in my experience.

Positive: The room was brilliant. Loads of space. Fantastic bed and pillows. Stunning widescreen view of the harbour. And a back-lit toilet roll holder! I want one

Negative: Some of the staff were aloof and unhelpful. This was the first time in our four week tour of Hong Kong and the Philippines that no one offered any help with our luggage. The service in the Woo bar was poor - the staff seemed more interested in talking to each other than serving customers. The room seemed to have a lot of items for sale which seemed a bit tacky and out of character with the W brand
