Positive: The location was really good. The rooms and facilities were great as well. It was really clean, and the units are functional and comfortable. The staff was also really helpful and getting to the house was also quite easy.

Negative: We were told that there were kitchen facilities available to use, but then when we arrived there, we were told that we would be charged an additional fee to use the kitchen. I wish that could have been communicated beforehand so we could adequately prepare.
