Positive: Very good location. A few minutes walk to Guggenheim. On the left hand side of the apartment is a paid underground car park and on the right hand side a supermarket. Very quiet for such a centrally located apartment. Near to restaurants. The layout is good for our family of 5. Looks newly renovated and everything works!

Negative: Have to carry luggages up a half a flight of stairs before reaching the lift.

Positive: Refurbished modern apartment. Clean and comfortable with everything you could need.

Negative: Had to walk up like 10 steps to reach the elevator,which was a bit inconvenient with a stroller. Also, walls are paper thin so neighbors can be heard very easily, though they weren't noisy.

Negative: Unfortunately there was a lot of neighbour noise, they weren’t partying but felt like they were in our apartment until around 2.30 am on weekend nights. Check in and apartment location inside building could have been made clearer. Maybe some information about the city could have been available inside the property,
