Summary: Karina’s property was really comfortable. We were a group of 11 travelling together and the place has all you might need to make your stay really comfy. The 2 bathrooms were recently refurbished. The extra toilet was very helpful with such a big group of people. The kitchen is well equipped with more than you might need. The pool was great as well. My only advise about the property will be to install lights on the BBQ area as it is very dark and the light bulbs were not working. The only downside for us was the location as it is far away from the coast but it will depend on your family plans. Karina was very responsive and helpful at all times. I will recommend this property if you want to stay around the area.

Summary: The home itself is nice with all the amenities. The pool needs a safety rail to enter/exit which made it difficult for few of our older guests. The beddings (mattresses especially) were not clean (pictures available upon request) and brought it up to the attention of the owner who did not communicate personally with us but sent someone twice. We showed the person the residues on the different mattresses, the filth of the vacuum cleaner. On her second return, the representative asked me on behalf of the husband of the owner "What is it that you are looking for from us?" which i found offensive. I told her that I was looking for spending a great time, and nothing else. She added that the husband of the owner offered for us to vacate the premises for the second week, and we would be reimbursed. I told her absolutely not. We were a group of 10, and it was impossible to find another place/flights on such a short notice. All people were personal guests, and as I explained the representative, I had to bring up their concerns about possible bedbugs bites due to the uncleanness of the mattresses which ultimately were ruled out. Finishing touches are a must: Exposed electrical wiring in ceiling, lamps missing bulbs, Wifi and cable were far below standard. TV in kitchen area, cable was in and out. Second tv in living room was not hooked up. The village is very charming, 15mn walk from house. Driving distance from many places. Overall, I would recommend renting place.
