Positive: We like the property environment and staff friendlyness.

Negative: Food and drinks need improvement. The facilities need a touch up. There are some rusty balcony railings, missing paint and it would have been an excellent experience if they make the heating available in the rooms during winter time.

Positive: breakfast was as expected for a passing grade but did not impressed me at all! Coffee was ok

Negative: The pool bar needs to be reinvented, it has nothing! The sits suck! They don't even have cold beer there, unbelievable!!! It was also dirty, sorry

Positive: The beach and the room. The air conditioning was great as was the pool view from the second floor.

Negative: There was no pool bar or beach bar service (no drinks, snacks, etc.) when we were staying at the hotel the week before Christmas. That was very disappointing. There seemed to be quite a bit of renovations going on.

Summary: Our latest stay at this VPX beach resort was not as good as our last stay 1 1/2 years ago.
