Summary: Great location, very clean facilities and room. The buffet each morning was wonderful and the staff is super friendly and attentive. Within walking distance to the royal palace and cathedral (8 min) and just off the Gran Via. The metro stop is a block away and easy to use once you understand the stops and stations. Taxi stop right out the door so very easy to grab one.

Summary: A modern hotel in the heart of Madrid. Our room is overlooking the Plaza Espana. During our visit in December , there were Christmas markets and skating rink. Bed were very comfortable, room were very clean. Breakfast has variety of options, the most I've seen so far. Spa is included with our stay but we didnt have a chance to try it but I'm sure is was good, too. Staff did an excellent service. Overall, it was a great stay. Location was excellent and walking distance to major attractions. I highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely stay again.

Summary: Modern hotel along Plaza de Espana and near the historic attractions in Madrid. Walking distance to Gran Via, Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, San Miguel Nacional to name a few. Room is very clean, bed very comfortable, staff are very attentive to details and made us feel welcomed. Staff were very helpful at all times. Breakfast was amazing and delicious with rich variety of food and drinks. Excellent service. We didnt have a chance to enjoy the spa but will try nexr time.We highly recommend this hotel.
