Summary: Good value for money with really friendly staff. Slight issue with the plumbing in my room and the air con was temperamental. Overall it was a good experience

Summary: Need to improve their variety of languages or have at least 1 bilingual person since it was a bit hard to communicate. The shower was leaking 24/7, the air conditioner turned off randomly but most of the staff was very polite and tried their best to make me feel welcomed.

Summary: Great staff and the hotel itself is not bad for the price. The problem is the location, this hotel is situated in a very dangerous part of Rio. My Uber driver who picked me up couldn’t believe we were staying in that part of town. Uber wouldn’t pick up from there either I’m assuming because it’s a bad area.
