Summary: The rooms were very more for single businesses traveller,than for a couple, Shankur at the front desk was quite helpful,but it was undone by another staff,who comfortably forgot to serve us water in the room and did mention it.Business hotel close to the mall.

Summary: Zaihn at the reception allowed us very early check in and was kind enough to allow us late check out. She was extremely helpful, respectful and friendly. The room was clean, large soft towels, two complimentary large bottles of water, coffee/tea area, safe and fridge available for use. Only complaint was the shower kept flooding when we used it. Breakfast included was a vast choice of items and we thoroughly enjoyed everything. There's a one minute walkway to get you into the grand Mall next door. Would definitely stay there again!!

Summary: When I checked into my room, the toilet had been used and not flushed/cleaned, and the kettle was not working. Otherwise my stay was okay and I liked the proximity to the mall, restaurants and places I needed to visit.
