Positive: The apartment was spotlessly clean, and had everything you could wish for for a longer stay. The kitchen was well equipped, the tv worked well, and the air-conditioning was easy to understand. In case of any questions, I always received prompt responses - very kind! It was an easy walking distance to public transport, groceries, restaurants etc, though I happily walked most places without using public transport!

Negative: I didn't quite realise from the photos that the studio front door leads directly on to the street at ground level. This means that anyone speaking outside sounds like they're in the room with you, which can be quite unsettling if you're not used to it. It felt a little bit like a safety issue to me.

A highly recommended stay for anyone looking for a pleasant and worry-free experience!

Negative: Although the apartment is comfortable and well-equipped, a significant downside is the extremely thin walls. Your experience may depend on your neighbors, but in our case, we had several nights disturbed by noisy guests with a different schedule than ours. Loud music, shouting, and door-slamming during the night woke us up. If you value a peaceful sleep, this is something to consider before booking.

Positive: The check-in was well explained and easy. The location was perfect, very central and close to everything including public transport and shops. The apartment looked new. The window was broken and it was ground floor, directly to the street. We felt very unsafe but thankfully the property owners helped us the next day.

Negative: We found that communication with the owners was hard and when we had problems with the stove, for example, there was no answer. There were stains on the duvet covers and the bathroom would flood very easily.

Summary: Overall, it wasn't unpleasant but there surely is a lot of room for improvement.

Positive: The apartment was brand new, clean, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed as a couple. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom was spacious and modern. The location was perfect! Just a 5-minute walk to the City of Arts and Sciences, and we could easily walk to the Ruzafa neighborhood for drinks and tapas. The host was communicative and helpful, answering all our questions before and during our stay. Thanks for that! We highly recommend this apartment.
