Due to the change of legislation in Valencia last August 2024, in the Decree Law 9/2024 of the 2nd of August 2024, bookings of more than 10 days are considered non-tourist bookings, therefore a deposit of two months must be paid as explained in the Law 29/1994 (L.A.U. or Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos).
To simplify this process, instead of requiring a two-month deposit, we request a €500 deposit, which will be charged 10 days before check-in. This deposit will be fully refunded after check-out via the same payment method, provided no damages occur during the stay.
