Positive: Very friendly family, great location well connected to main roads and public transport lines, at the same time located on a quiet street that invites to chill out at the terrace.

Negative: The description said the room has a balcony, but it's actually outside in the hall. You can go out and access it, but it's a public area.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay here. The host Nawab took good care of us and guided us about the city. The property is conveniently located with lots of shops and main roads nearby, we were even able to walk to the port area along the beachside. We'd love to be back soon!

Positive: We’re so glad we found Vivid Colombo. It’s on a quiet side street but only a minute from a lively road full of restaurants, shops, and plenty of vegetarian options. The sea, bookshops, and the bus stop to Galle Face are all an easy walk away, perfect location. The property feels like a cozy home, with a small garden where you can relax with tea/coffee or a book. Do note that you need to take the stairs to reach the rooms. Inside, you’ll find all the essential: TV, AC, fan, kettle, mirror, clean towels, soap, and a hair dryer. Beds are comfortable and everything was clean. What really stands out is the people. The staff are polite and kind, and the owner is exceptionally helpful. When extreme weather forced us to extend our stay, he kept the same rate and even upgraded us to a newly furnished room. His priority is clearly the guests’ comfort. Overall, Vivid Colombo felt warm, quiet, and welcoming. We’re very happy we found it and would gladly stay again. Highly recommended!

Positive: Beautiful room with AC and big bathroom with lovely warm water shower with pressure! Lovely house with a sit out balcony and in a quiet and up market locality lane very close to the coast road. The room and the linen were spotless.. Couldn't have asked for a better place. Nawab was superb, and checking on our arrival and thanks to the 24 hour check in he was there to show us in late at night despite our delayed train. He also offered us a great late night restaurant recommendation that was really what we needed. Thanks Nawab. If in Colombo we stay here only :)

Positive: I have travelled to Colombo more than 50 times for various purposes. I always had the issue of getting cold due to changes in the environment, and so on. But this is the first time I didn't have this issue. I think mainly due to the cleanliness of the rooms. Based on the review, I was looking for a clean place to stay. The location is highly convenient. Walking distance from supermarkets, Nolimit and also Fashion Bug. Which made it very easy for me. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Negative: Nothing much to say here. I was put in a small room at first, but they moved me to a regular one. The second room had enough space for me.

Summary: Excellent location with clean rooms and friendly staff.
