Summary: Things I like most about this hotel is the hospitality from the staff. Those staff in front desk are always smiling, I never seen them in a bad attitude. The roof top restaurant and food is really good. It is because of the staff and their Nepali hospitality from their heart, I keep on coming back to stay in Vivanta.

Summary: The staff were amazing in particular at breakfast, they would go out of their way to be extra helpful. Ordered almond milk specially for me and on my last day I received a special desert with “bon voyage” written on the plate
