Summary: Vivanta was clean, organized and the staff was exceptional especially Bikey at the front desk and the lady that manages the dining hall. Three restaurants available with a variety of choices. If you need anything from a taxi to an extra towel, the staff is quick to help. Loved all. ❤️

Summary: Things I like most about this hotel is the hospitality from the staff. Those staff in front desk are always smiling, I never seen them in a bad attitude. The roof top restaurant and food is really good. It is because of the staff and their Nepali hospitality from their heart, I keep on coming back to stay in Vivanta.
