Summary: Had to call service desk to get things operating. Pool was closed everyday we were there.

Summary: Swimming pool full of insects. The block that we were assigned to has cockroaches and lots of spider webs. it seems that the block same as the reception is nicer. The breakfast is standard. Not continental.

Summary: The hotel is near Safari World and some modern malls. There was plenty of parking available. The breakfast was okay but not many options and food was cold.

Summary: Our family stayed on a layover in Bangkok for one night. The hotel is a bit far away from Don Mauong airport but is worth it. Great value for the money. Very clean both inside the room and outside. Western breakfast (extra) was o.k. Thai lunch (extra) was good. The only downside was there are no restaurants or other facilities nearby for westerners so a bit difficult to get around. But a great, very clean place
