Summary: A beautiful place to stay. Our room was so clean and bright with wonderful facilities. A nice quiet location but near enough to the town. Our hosts were great and the breakfast was superb. I can't wait to visit again.

Summary: The Viva Guest House, Clacton-on-Sea, made our holiday. Kirk and David, are perfect hosts, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Our accommodation was very impressive throughout and the most enjoyable experience, that we have had in years. We both recommend the breakfast menu/choices. Many thanks to you both and we hope to visit again in the future.

Summary: What a beautiful guest house, very tastily furnished and everything a guest house should be; welcoming and friendly host, extremely comfortable bedroom with all the amenities. As for breakfast, one of the best we have had, absolutely lovely, thank you for our stay.

Summary: Kirk is a fantastic host , the suite I booked was beautiful and the guest house is very clean and modern, whenever I’m in Clacton I will always book here now moving forward!

Summary: We had such a lovely experience at the Viva Guest House, the hosts were so lovely, and brilliant with our children! The room was clean, comfortable and attention to detail throughout the guesthouse was stunning. Breakfast was lovely, and Kirk was so patient with our indecisive kids! We hope to stay again soon as it was amazing!

Summary: Excellent stay lovely hosts, stayed in room 4 on top floor 2 adults and 2 young children room well appointed and spacious, separated into 2 bedroom areas which is great for a bit privacy. Lovely bathroom excellent and powerful shower , good breakfast and close to pier 5 min walk can’t wait yo stay again
