Positive: It was great, comfortable, fresh but also welcoming decoration. It looks like the owner has put a lot of time into making it nice, the info folder in the room is also much more friendly and informative than usual. Good breakfast, friendly helpful owner. I never give 10 as a ranking, but this time it was deserved. I've stayed in almost every B&B / Hotel in Clacton over the last 20 years (I visit a few times a year for work) and overall this place is a perfect fit for me.
