Positive: Big, spacious and wonderful apartment for the price. Had a wonderful stay with the family. A lot of space for kids to play and grownups to rest. Wonderful big windows and nice scenery to the forest. Would love to stay again whenever in Tallinn again.

Negative: Water fr shower head and tap a bit cold in winter time. Spoon not enough for family of 5. Loud noise from the apartment next to us at the midnight. We couldn't sleep well.

Positive: Great location. Next to forest and river. Silent place. The shop 13 min to walk. We were staying at the winter holidays and the temperature inside was 22 -24 degrees. It was very comfortable and warm. Kitchen has beautiful furniture.

Negative: The tab in the toilet was broken, the door lock in the toilet also broken. At the shower ceiling was mold. Bedroom door handle was broken. The baseboards on the floor are torn off. When you enter the room everything seems beautiful and in good working order. When you start using it everything falls off under your fingers.It's better not to touch the blinds on the windows, they fall off at the slightest movement I would consider that for such a money its quite ok apparent.
