Beautiful farming estate comprising 9 units quietly situated in the immediate surroundings of the medieval town San Gimignano. This property enjoys extensive panoramic views over the surrounding vineyards and olive groves and over San Gimignano in the background. The estate offers 2 restored farmhouses, a manor house occasionally occupied by the property owners and a nice shared pool (approx. 100 m from the units Vittoriana 1, 2 and 150 m from Vittoriana 3 away).
All of the apartments are nicely furnished in a rustic style and provide a personal furnished outdoor area and a shared barbecue.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road (of approx. 2 km) suitable to any cars.
Distances: San Gimignano with general stores 5,5 km away, Poggibonsi 15 km, Volterra 30 km away, Siena 50 km, Florence (airport) 55 km away, Pisa (airport) 85 km, Lucca 90 km away. The coastline area of Cecina and Castiglioncello (beaches) is within 85 km.

Summary: Having never been to Tuscany before, this was the best first experience ever! The villa was exactly as advertised, beautiful, clean and the view was amazing! The check in process was thorough and pleasant. Highly recommend to attend the wine and oil tasting that is provided by the owers at the villa. Claudia and Andre are passionate about what they do and it shows in the delivery of their tour. The history of this property and great tasting products are produced with love and inspiration. We had the honour of also meeting their father who greeted us with open arms and kindness. Thank you to the family for making our stay a memorable one! We recommend travelers to rent a car to visit the surroundings. Everything is San Gimignano is beautiful!

Summary: I think this was my best choice ever on airbnb! We love it here, everything was so magical and breathtaling! The rooms, the balcony! The balcony is the top! We had a breakfasts and dinners there every day and We enjoy it till the end! You can see endless wineyards and olive parks right from the window the same as magical San Gimignano, which is the nicest city in Tuscany! We got two perfect wines right after the arrival. We were little bit late, but they were kind to us. We comunicate with the other people working here, all very kind and helpful.

Summary: The villa is in a great location with a stunning view of San Gimignano, a vineyard and olive trees. The pool has a great view too and was very refreshing after a long day of sightseeing and shopping . These units are ideal for families, and or couples. They are basic, clean and are not far from the town. The driveway was a little bumpy but that added to the fun of the vacation.

Summary: A lovely, well-equipped apartment (spacious, 2 bathrooms, dishwasher, reasonable WIFI, laundry room close by) in stunning scenery, close to San Gimignano and other interesting places. You'll need a car and the building is along a track of a couple of kilometers (it's in the middle of a working farm producing wine and olive oil). The surrounding countryside and views are truly beautiful and there is wine tasting on-sight. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Summary: This is a wonderful property in a stunning setting just 5min drive from the historical town of San Gimignano. The estate is not in walking distance to anywhere so a car is important, which is the same all over this region. The views and the pool were beautiful. The wine is very good and the cellar is amazing. We had a great stay and would totally recommend Vittoriana's place to travellers wanting to explore the region...easy access to Chianti, Siena, Florence etc. Great value for money.
