Positive: An exceptionally good apartment. Easily accessed by lift to the 7th floor, the location is excellent for access to old Modena town and has bus transport along the street. A 5 minute walk to the main piazza and duomo, so many restaurants and food shops. A supermarket is 5 minute walk. The apartment facilities are excellent, the size and freshness of the floor plan is very good. Views from both front and back is excellent, and a balcony off the lounge and dining room is a wonderful way to sit and watch the sun set over a drink. Would highly recommend the apartment for those wanting modern and easy living on the edge of the old town.
