Summary: This was a hidden gem. Such a clean hotel- fantastic rainfall shower with wand. Beds are comfy and the temperature was good. Close to highway which could create noise but honestly we slept through it. Spent some time in the hot tub and pool- nice area. Would recommend to anyone.

Summary: I have appointments in a Hamilton Hospital every three weeks and find the Visitors Inn close to the hospital and and the front desk staff are always very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are always near and clean and the beds and pillows are very comfortable to sleep on.

Summary: The check in was fast and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and we couldn’t have asked for a better location. It was very quiet and we slept very well. Bonus kitchenette. Very convenient having a fridge. We walked to Westdale Village and McMaster University. And it was easy to take public transportation to and from airport. We would stay here again if we came to Hamilton.

Summary: There were kids being loud. Running around the hallway at 7am. But overall it was a great experience, we made our own food in the room with the kitchenette. The staff were friendly. The room was very clean.

Summary: I have stayed at the Visitors Inn many times and I always enjoy my stay. Clean, quiet, spacious, well-equipped rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Bus stop to downtown very close to the hotel.

Summary: The website lists that there is a full breakfast but there was not. There is no restaurant on site, it closed down a couple of months ago. Very misleading.
