Positive: Location, location, location. The access code method is great, no need to carry your room key everywhere.

Negative: For some reason my room was never cleaned during my 5 nights stay. There is a time table which explains that the cleaning is done once a week - which is ok - but my room was never paid a visit by the housekeeping staff.
