Summary: This is a 2-3 star experience at best. Run like a b&b and comically overpriced for what it is. So bad I checked out early. Won’t bother to list every issue I had but were many and varied

Summary: If I get a chance again I’ll stay here. All the staff without any exception were going above and beyond the call of service.

Summary: A lovely property that we thoroughly enjoyed. Nestled in the heart of Chettinad, it offers an authentic and charming setting, made even more special by the warm and attentive staff. That said, there isn’t a great deal to do in the immediate vicinity - so it’s best suited for those looking to relax and unwind. Come prepared to slow down and simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Summary: Everything!!! Outstanding staff - with a special shoutout to Shiva for his extraordinary help in guiding and helping to plan the remainder of our trip. Beautifully restored, spacious rooms in a charming village. Delicious food and great cooking class. Every touch and effort made to make your extra special. By far, my favorite hotel on our trip.

Summary: The property from the outside felt more like a hotel. But, once you enter it feels like you are staying in someone's home. The staff was very attentive. Food choice was minimal and was a bit underwhelming. They had a cooking demo planned for 4 PM, and they insisted we be on time during the check-in process. We cut short our outside trip and returned on time, only to be told that they are waiting for other guests and will not start until all the guests arrive. So much for being punctual and being told to be on time for the demo. I don't myself staying at this place again. It is OK to experience it once.
