Positive: The overall property is on the road for ease of access, very big and well maintained.
Negative: They didn't offer me the Family Suit room I had booked via Booking.com App. They didn't even try to call me & offered it to someone else. This is NOT at all acceptable. And when we reached there with family members, they were very casual & said we offered to someone else. UNACCEPTABLE...!!!

Positive: The hotel stay was overall pleasant. The food quality was average, but the cleanliness was excellent and the staff was very polite and helpful. The swimming pool was enjoyable, and the open space in the compound added to the relaxing atmosphere. The location is good, though it was somewhat difficult to find local transportation nearby.
Negative: Milk powder and tea/coffee sachets should be provided in adequate quantity. Toiletries should also be supplied properly and sufficiently. All these basic amenities should be arranged and kept ready before the guest’s arrival for a smoother experience.
