Positive: Very spacious apartment in a city centre. Fully equipped kitchen. Fridge is stocked with some drinks that you can enjoy and pay in cash for it. Pet's friendly place. There is a list in the apartment requesting to leave 10eur per night for pet and city tax 1.5eur per night, per person. Card payments are acceptable for parking just outside the apartment (from 5 pm till 10 am next morning, 4EUR).
Negative: Only cash payments (can be paid in Kč or EUR). Very noisy bed in small bedroom, not possible to turn around without waiking up your partner. The big bedroom has noisy ventilator. From 5-6 am, trafick starts outside in the street.

Positive: Nicely located property near the route to Vienna, right in the Mikulov, free parking just few hundred meters away. The apartment is a former restaurant (no smell though) and is huge! We enjoyed our short stay. Easy contactless checkin/checkout
