Positive: Everything was great in this house. The behavior of the owner of the house is extraordinary. Excellent cleanliness and tidiness New, undamaged, and fully needed equipment Spacious and beautiful yard I found a negative point about this house. The distance to the city center is less than 10 minutes by car and about half an hour on foot.

Positive: The apartment is brand new, well-equipped, and spotless. It's in a quiet residential area, a short walk to all the major tourist attractions. Asya is absolutely fantastic, and there's nothing she and her husband won't do to make sure you have everything you need. This was our second visit, and we look forward to staying here again whenever we're in Tbilisi.

Positive: Spotless clean and new house. Very nice and helpful host. The house had everything needed. All the equipment was clean, new and useful. Very calm and good location. Supermarkets are close by. Loads of places to park your car. 100% we will want to stay again if we're back.

Positive: Without a doubt, the best thing about this property is the hosts. Asya made kachapuri for us, gave us a lovely gift of souvenir coffee cups, and she and her husband drove us to the airport and will pick us up when we return. They're even keeping our car in their garage for two months while we travel. They've become more like family to us, and we look forward to staying with them again when we return. Everything in the apartment is brand new, it's immaculate, and the wifi speed is outstanding. Asia does everything with love. If you're planning to visit Tbilisi and have a car you have to deal with, don't look any further, this is the property for you!

Positive: This apartment is more beautiful and clean than it looks in photos The amazing place and epitome of beauty No less than 7-star hotel, I have stayed in 5-stars hotels in the past as well, but it is safe to say that the quality of this place is way above then all those big fancy 5-star hotels I think my words are not sufficient to justify the quality of our stay And last but not least, house lady is very kind and supportive and always available for any concerns. 11/10 - Excellent
